I would like to dedicate this website to my parents, Jim & Judy Bowles. They always supported me and made it possible to follow my lifelong dream of owning and training horses.
My dad, Jim, grew up in Missouri, working on farms and riding bulls at the rodeos. He was, and still is, always ready to help coach me and give me advice.
Dad bought me my first Thoroughbred/Percheron named Jake as a yearling. In fact, my farm is named after Jake and the combination of his breeds: Thoroughbred + Percheron = Thorberchon.
My mom, Judy, always enjoyed watching me ride and going to competitions with me. Regrettably we lost my mom in April of 2022 and I miss her dearly, but I know she is still always watching and smiling down on me.
